Simply enter your full name (first and last name) in the search box on the homepage. Your certificates will appear instantly if they're in our system.
Do I need to create an account?
You can search for certificates without an account, but you need to register (free) to download certificates and submit correction requests.
How long does it take to fix certificate errors?
Our admin team typically reviews and processes correction requests within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your request is processed.
What if I can't find my certificate?
Make sure you're entering your full name exactly as it appears on your certificate. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll help you locate it.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely! We use bank-level encryption to protect your data. Your personal information and certificates are stored securely and only accessible to you.
